Hero strength skill points

Does increasing these make any difference in the limited time trial quest things they are throwing at us constantly. Have been adding points from the last several levels of growth but I am not noticing any difference. Anybody know if they actually help or is that too another unmentioned trickery on gree's part.

Hero Strength skill points do help a bit against the map mobs. But good Hero Equioment helps a lot more. Hero Strength skill points will get you more honor from trails, if you want to do those for honor.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately hero equipment is not improving anytime soon. Difficult to collect crafting materials that will make anything good.
