One of my team members has lost his account,cannot recover it.
He's gone through all advice steps etc but not managed to retrieve it,also sent ticket to CS but unanswered.
He's a valued member and been playing game since it's inception and invested heavily along the way.
Hightower could you chase this up?
He has sent all relevant info without reply Ticket # 3121038
Any help would be appreciated on this matter.

He will need his ID number last time he logged into the game and any gold purchases to even get them to look at it
