Your double strike will be reducing it down from 12 to 6
The double strike has never reduced it!!
i have been ranking up for my Chimera Colonel account
and has been 10 attacks on rivals for years is why
i noticed it.

You are mistaken. Double strike decreased number of attacks in two times (from 12 to 6). But you get your $3.6 mil (in-game $).
Of course, there is no meaning in these attacks for years already. You will take more money with raiding. And you can get more battle points with raiding the stronger rival.
Ever since double strike came in (for those that have it) it's been doing that and was admitted as such by Gree..

The idea behind Double Strike and Triple Strike were to get more attack for less Stamina and Health during WD. You are getting all your points for the attack.
