I'm not totally convinced the permanent IP mods work.
I have 176% IP mod and I still score high 4 hundreds, low 5 hundreds on higher level players than I.
What would I score without that 176% permanent modifier? Six points?

Maybe I should make another thread with stars, symbols and include the word developers in all caps.
If they not going to renew the temp ip boost from the store items to be used in this new war then convert them to mafia attack so we have something to use in this war.
