!!! server down? guilds don't get matched

Please look into this!

since about 30 min a lot of guilds are stuck with the war-declared screen and don't get matched anymore.
From comments in chats in the community it looks like no guild gets matched anymore

first I got a server error when I tried to declare, than I couldn't restart the game.... when I got into the game I could declare... but that's where I am for 35min now
