Omg, PvP is still broken and an ILTQ pops up 4 hours late

I just looked in the quest tab, and suddenly there's an ILTQ that just showed up 4 hours late. Haste is now 32 hours instead of the 36 that were planned.

Trying to get the attack lists to work in V&V is very time consuming, so it looks like we can't do both quests. Maybe I won't do either. I just don't need all this aggravation.
