This was a data issue that should be fixed today. Once you receive the new data if your faction has already met the requirements you will receive the prize.
It won't progress still.It says 629/100 and won't go to next goal.Also Faction Vengences stopped adding.No prize received.
Now have a bunch of Faction Vengences not counting.
This is fixed now!!!!!
