Don't know how people think about M4A1 just now. Cost too much energy for a few. I better go with that weaker gun but higher dropping rate, if I know where.

I think all the drop rates for everything have been fubar'd, just like you said, maybe they are tracking drop rates and dynamically changing them based on people going after them... so if this is a new gun, with a good drop rate, keep it to yourself and DO NOT POST IT HERE.

I think that I got my Peacekeeping Rifle from completing a quest, but I'm not positive. Either way, I usually only see people with one in their inventory. I don't think it's a farmable item.

Is it a blue colored item? I don't really have many, if at all any, story based quest items.

I m sure I got it from completing some quest. M4A1 droprate us Srly nerfed, tried at a couple different timing and days.
