I havent bought and spent thousands of gold and done this myself..

you would have to ask a white hat hacker like mxz to tell you the drop rates. usually, the item you want has a 2% drop rate. so open 50 and you may get one. of course, in terms of statistics, nothing is guaranteed. I would know, as I flunked stats 101 many times. but I think if you open 150 to 600 crates you will probably get one.

Yup I spent 15k gold. Also didn't get it. This is the thing that will have me deleting this game. I get the whole chance factor and it's a gamble. I get that it is probably rigged somewhat because after all it is a business... But after opening over 300 crates and still not getting the one item needed is ridiculous.
I've long said the game would still be profitable, and much more pleasant for players, if cc would let someone just have the prize after a certain amount of failed opens.

I agree with that. It's just amazing how between myself and fast 35k gold was spent and neither of us got the one item.
Gambling game ? Not allowed. Its a game or they need to announce its gambling game.
Law is clear with that and if u prove its gambling they can refund all players in the game ' since the start and close door.

And yes monte if they gave u prize after many fail.....but no....
maybe in France. and the game is actually illegal in Japan due to the way the odds worked on the 10/10 case events. kampagucha? something like that. in the USA it is legal and not gambling, because you can't win anything of value. that's how I understand it anyway.
