Hi Thorbin,
you have another kind of bonus 'Conquest Attack'. This Bonus boost your Attack(units), Attack(equip) and Attack(hero) - but this bonus is only active during war. That's why your stats go up when the war starts and fall back again after war.
Thank you. I had no clue what was causing it and was trying to figure it out.
