Digger's crate collection

If you did not finish day 1 of the digger's crate event, can you still get those missing units for the digger's crate collection wrapper on days 2 & 3 ?
It says "collect ALL units from ditch digger (day 1), tunnel digger (day 2) and grave digger (day 3).
Because on day 2 I only get units that are in the day 2 tunnel digger event.

Apparently you can, but the crates are more expensive, and since there are more units in them, you will get a lot of duplicates. Trying to collect 38 different units is crazy. I haven't computed any odds, but I've head of peeps completing day 1 for between @130 and 1000 gems. Each day gets more expensive, and has worse odds since there are more units to get.

This is another blatant money grab from peeps. Gree, if you offered that Helath Regen in a limited time unit "quest", thousands of peeps would be very happy to spend 2050 gems to get it. This way you alienate more and more of your player base.

If anyone is serious about trying to get this boost, I think you should be prepared to spend 10,000 or more gems.

This is a good idea. Many didn't start on day one, now it's not possible to finish.

Why not just put all the chests back in the store and extend the event?

IPassButter, this event was run poorly.

1). We did not know that the units for day one could only be gotten on day one. If you missed day one, you were out of luck. (This also made days 2 and 3 easier, more may have done this quest if that were explained.

2). Day one wrapper was for Conquest Attack, and this is not a very desirable boost anymore. Days 2 and 3 were for Conquest Points, a very desirable bonus. If this was explained to us, more would have tried to finish day 1

As it turned out, this event had much better rewards than at first glance, and was easier than we initially thought.

You would have made more money with some detailed communication.

Ok IPassButter, now is your chance. We just had the Burried Goods:Collection event start. Can you explain this and let us know what the day 2 and 2 prizes are?

This event is a tiered crate event with 3 crates. Each crate lasts 16 hours. There are collection goals for each crate and a wrapper goal for collecting all units from all crates. All rewards are legacy units with non stacking bonuses.
