Error code 100204 server sync error

On 05/17/2015 one of my guild mates had the error code 100204 and his account was lost in the Gree server. No fault of his. He didn't get his account back until after reward time ended.
Today exactly one year to the day ( 05/17/2016 ) one of my guild mates pushing t3 gets the same error code 100204. I'm disappointed that after a year Gree still has such instability of their server. Please help
