New Hardcore Boss - cheating player or cheating Gree.

I switched game on 20 seconds after launch and player in my squad already had over 20 million points. After 10 minutes he had 50m, and 20 minutes after launch, he has 80 million points. There is no way a player could get that number of bosses by triggering them fairly, so what on earth is going on here. Either player is cheating or getting access earlier than rest of us.
