Not possible to open 'Dwarwen Mines Hero Chest'

Our guild just won the 'Dwarwen Mines Hero Chest' - Reward for 'United Front: Giant Steps (16/17). No one in our guild is able to open it,

Please let us know if each member has to write a ticket or if there will be a fix soon
