Every single one of the things you mentions was given out in that LTQ. Very low numbers, I'll admit. Rebalance will definitely occur on that style of LTQ. If you're referring to NPCs dropping them as loot, I did state (in an announcement) that some events already on the schedule would not include the changes. Those events were already created and slated to go out. Sorry for the confusion on that.

Now if we could just get more logistics .....

not the point, if you have 60 faction members that kill 5 bosses that gets 12000..you would still be short 3000 to get faction hq goal. That's where the problem arises. It has now been stated that you "might" get propaganda thru pvp and if you do it "should" drop multiple units, it still will take forever to get the amount needed to hit the goal. It will take 1000's of attacks!

Or just wait for the latest HB event (which started a couple hours ago) which killing 5 bosses == 100 Propaganda (yet again). It's not like the stupid Faction HQ goals expire.

Yeah if you jumped on HB too quick, no Propaganda. But I got it (#5 boss/100 Prop) on 3 accounts in last 45 minutes.

After knocking off a few of the raid bosses I've gotten the prize screen saying congrats you finished 1st and get 0 propaganda. Why thank you Gree!
