Propaganda is being dropped fairly early in events, now. More instances should start rolling out this week. As for PvP, the drop rate was increased around 3x. It's still not incredibly high so it may be increased in the near future.

I haven't a clue to how much of anything I have. I think I just received some prop for something, but everytime I hit the faction button, the game restarts. Cannot donate anything. Android. Thx Gree.

I have now done 85 attacks and have gotten 2 propaganda seems the drop rate is still horrible!
If I could stay in game for more than 2 minutes I could find out.
Have now done 128 attacks and have gotten 2 propaganda....still not a very high rate! Or are we all missing something��
I give up have done 232 attacks and gotten 8 propaganda this is almost as bad as the game crash fiasco
I have not gotten any propaganda in almost a week and well over several thousand attacks, but all good.
I'm guessing this isn't fixed. My rate is 100% hit/0% drop.

PROPAGANDA IS DROPPING AT SUCH A LOW RATE, THAT IT MIGHT AS WELL NOT BE DROPPING AT ALL. HOW HARD IS IT TO FIX THAT?, I HAVE ATTACKED 368 TIMES AND GOTTEN 8 PROPAGANDA. (THAT'S 4 DROPS OF 2 EACH!!!!) AT THAT RATE IT WILL TAKE FOREVER FOR A FACTION OF 60 TO ATTAIN 15K.
