Historically though the factions stayed locked for up to 1 hour after FL and WD so are you sure?

That's a very good point... Maybe it is better to leave it for 24hrs.

That's the problem if this doesn't work or is somehow screwed up and you leave but can't get into another faction or the one you left it could be rather bad......
