Frontline: Tallinn I & II Goals Updated

Greetings Modern Warriors,

Concern over the current Frontline event's balance has lead the team to investigate. That investigation has shown initial goal requirements to be set too high. For this reason, we have rebalanced the requirements for both Tallinn I and Tallinn II. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the original requirements and hope you enjoy the changes made.

War Room: Tallinn I (10/10) - 10,000,000 Deploy Points
Advanced War Room: Tallinn I (15/15) - 40,000,000 Deploy Points
Ultimate War Room: Tallinn I (5/5) - 80,000,000 Deploy Points
