Im curious. What about the people who have already done some of the ltq but didn't get the correct amounts?

This exactly. Let's not forget to mention how if you had already completed the goals.. you were screwed out of the prizes

There are about 5.7k of SP , 120 of LP and 18 of SP giving out through the whole ltq, now tell me how can we able to produce any resources with that amount. Current resource buildings with lvl 9 requires 340 SP &68 LP for the cheapest aka LOW GRADE PRODUCTION............GOLD!!!!!!! I see Pfft

Why do LTQ prizes decrease? Elite level 1 is 750 smugglers and Elite Level 3 is 200 smugglers.

My guess would be that it's for the lower level players who might not get as far in the LTQ for the higher stat rewards, but they can still contribute to base donations... just a guess.
