I didn't buy these during original release but the members of my faction who did have reported that they received the goal prizes being disputed here so if you bought them originally it would be prudent to check your inventory.

IDK if there is a max amt per building.

You can buy 2 of each building,it's a Max of 2 so if you bought originally they won't be in store.
