    Missing gems from purchase

    I bought the 34.99 pack did not get gems or gifts for guild please help

    Had the same thimg happen on purchase, i sent all the proper screen shots in, and got a response from robert miller.
    He replied" compensation will automatically be issued from the server"
    I still havent received my gems yet.
    I have sent 5 follow up emails, but still no gems.

    Im kind of leary to get more before this gets fixed.

    a real world company would already been flooded with lawsuits and employees would get fired if treating paying customers as inefficiently as that. Unbelievable.
    Good luck getting your money returned - if nothing happens for a few more days, I'd advise to report to Google Play directly, Google is more customer-oriented than Gree and will most probably refund if you can illustrate that you didn't receive the product and send copies of your inquiries.

    So got 300 gems as compensation, with a little extra for my trouble. Problem is i bought a 375 pack.
