Alliance Base???
You release a new feature Alliance Base get players excited force them to update to a laggy version of the game and ...... the Alliance Base is 'locked'.
You give us no guidelines on how to 'unlock' the Alliance Base.
Would you be so kind and tell the masses how to make use of the new feature?

Upgrade your alliance base to Level 10, it's in the release notes.

We do apologize for the inconvenience due to the lag introduced into the latest iOS update, but this has been addressed by our engineers and a fix is going into an upcoming update!
