They will not, if they do they will put it at top rank
GREEdy realized that by putting the health bonus so "low" many top guilds would split and/or play free to stay low level and thus their revenues would go down
only way I see the health bonus coming back, would be on the streak goals, which will not be know until war stars, then many low rank guild would have a chance at getting them, while the top ranks will have to spend extra gems as they would probably be battling other top guilds and would need to win at any cost to complete streaks
You really should have left the prize alone - this was set to be the most interesting war in ages - rekindling peoples excitement for the game - now its just another tedious war. Why is it impossible for the developers to take a long term view?

IPassbutler can we please get an answer - and please don't say it was a visual error all the prizes stayed the same but that one. I am in a top 10 guild - I want this game to grow and again. This prize helps smaller guilds guilds and accounts get better. Truly sad to see it pulled
Gree removed it because they figured that a lot of big spenders were going to sit on their wallets this war to sneak down into the lower ranks. If you don't think that ranks 125-300 would be filled by tons of big players camping in small 4-5 person guilds, then you're nuts. It was going to be competitive as hell to get that prize, and many of the people who it was designed to help would have been shafted anyway.

They removed it because they had the 20% heath regen bonus when you buy 4 sets of the mages for 2000+ gems. People are buying them like hot cakes!

Exactly,glad I didn't buy gems early now there is no way I will buy them again until we get an explanation.
Another nail in the coffin and one step closer to quitting this game now.
It appears that Gree doesn't know, we know they have not cared for us, however if you been around awhile they use to have a several people letting us know, now they have zero and the forum is dead.
Going to point out the obvious here...
You can buy similar units in the store.
At a little less than 2 million gold for the lot, they are not cheap, but most should be able to save up that amount in a few days.
The bonuses only apply to one three day quest during the 21 day cycle - war.
The do nothing for opening boxes faster or with a higher success rate.
They do nothing to help kill mobs in the endless army faster, easier or with less experience gain.
They do nothing for Epic Boss or Raid Boss.
They do nothing for buildings - increased collection amount, decreased upgrade cost to time,
or allowing more than one upgrade at a time.

We are talking about a Health Regen bonus. Did I miss a regen boost in the store? Unfortunately, I don't think so.
Btw, the great thing about Health Regen is that it helps you in War, EB and RB.
