    If Modern War is supposed to be a contest of strength between 2 massive armies of infantry, naval, air, and ground units with hundreds of billions of combined attack and defence points, how can the colour of the commanding officer's boots or the type of holster he carries his side-arm in, possibly have any bearing on the outcome at all? It's stupid.
