Frontline faction goals not working

We haven't gotten any rewards not even level 1( win one battle ) and we have won a few.

If that's for the faction goals you have to complete 9/9 of all nodes. It just came up for my next goal kandy 1/10 after completing 9/9. Unsure if it will give me it if I win one tho. Maybe someone who has completed and gone on maybe able to help
