We've had this before a few yrs back.. I got screwed after going over my internet allowance. Delighted I caught this one early.
Due to all the time they're spending on resolving the issue with accomplices, they may have taken some shortcuts. Thanks for pointing this out, I'm sure the developers will resolve it as soon as possible.
Great reply buddy.. however while the 15mth old accomplice situation will never get fixed or will it affect real players I think players would like more information as to why their cc app is taking up so much of their data allowance.

89mbs used today.. logged in twice to collect my buildings and logged out.
On a different note my kids watched 2 20min videos on youtube and it used 14mbs.
Rodimus?? Whats been done upstairs?
