Well my faction has only gotten 2 logistics and I have only 1 RND acquired. can we get them thru raids too or just attacks?

You get Propaganda from attacking players. You get Logistics from from placing like top 50 in WD and related. I've never seen it drop from attacks.

what about RND? how is it acquired? I got one but don't remember how
I got all of mine from playing well in WD/Frontline I believe. It may have been frontline but RND and Logistics has to be paid for in one way shape or form. There is no way of getting it otherwise.

I got some RND by being persistent and opening crates hourly. Finished 201. Not sure what good a couple of RND is going to do. My faction is still about a year away from having enough propaganda for the first bonus.

HQ items will end up like the equipements fiasco.
sadly. They are hard to get and the boost you get aren't worth the money you'll end up paying to get them.

They should have worked on the equipment Thu. The idea was sound but the drops were rubbish and predictable. There really should have been an option to combine it but ho hum I'm just a player my opinion doesn't matter

Yeah, I think the drop rate is something like 1%. On the first day they were dropping I got like 14. Now I get 1 like every hundred or so attacks or the random 3 I get sometimes from attacks. It shouldn't be this hard to get considering you need to have this.
The only thing GREE got right here is the fact the boost you get don't really give factions that have them an advantage.
