Dude, you've got to let it go. Admission is a good first step. Envy is an odd thing as it doesn't affect the other people at all, but it makes you miserable. Once you learn to look inward and find joy with who you are then you'll be able to let go of all that 'butthurt' and you'll be a happier person.
