The new units
Can someone please explain how the new units are supposed to be used?
The Doom Walker for example, it has higher speed than the other long range units which means it quickly moves to the front and take the first hits in a long range fight. Personally, I think this is a bad trait for an expensive unit that takes a long time to build. The other long range units have movement speeds that make the hit order helicopter->hailstorm->artillery->railgun tank which is perfectly fine, the most expensive units die last. How is the Doom Walker supposed to fit into all this?
The same goes for the other two new units, their movement speed and attack range does not fit with the other short- and mid-range units.
Are the new units designed solely for use in global domination (where unit range and speed means nothing), or did someone mess up when the new units stats were set?
An explanation would be much appreciated.

We appreciate your feedback and concerns in regard to the new units, specifically with the Doom Walker. I do assure you that this has been passed along over to our development team so any further consideration will be taken from there!

To clarify the issue:
Short range units range/speed:
Jeep 100/1515
Hammerhead 100/1510
Centurion 100/1505
Hellfire 100/1500
Blaze Launcher 100/1030 <--- wrong, speed should be 1495, the 1030 speed fits the mid-range units (see below)
Mid range units range/speed
Tank 1100/1020
Arachnid 1100/1015
Rocket Truck 1100/1020
Hawk 1100/1005
Titan 1100/1000
Heavy Gunship 1100/600 <--- wrong, it should be 995, the 600 speed fits (well, not quite) the long range units (see below)
Long range units range/speed
Helicopter 2600/515
Hailstorm 2600/510
Artillery 2600/505
Railgun Tank 2600/500
Doom Walker 2600/800 <--- wrong, this unit moves way too fast. Should be 495.
At least this is what I think. I'm sure this will be tested and fixed so that "normal" battles work out in the way you would expect.
