Nope not on mine to. Used to be able to click on raid once before or click on factions but that stopped ages ago. But no need as I'm all done with EB.
Nope not on ours either, intermittant at best. Seems it's part of the server connection issues which are likely the result of reduced session timeouts.
On Android boss screens will pop up if you complete a mission and you collect your cash and vault it, this action forces a server connection perhaps raiding a building and getting it to pork out cash might force a connection. Just hitting raid in the rival list does not trigger a boss on my devices.
Only way most times is a restart of the app, granted for most it becomes moot when you hit L34...
