global box event broke.. no compensation?

so when this event broke, on my main server I got no rewards, given that I was 1 box away from rewards, and the time I could have opened that box was a time where boxes were bugged, I find it highly unfair.

Send in a ticket...after a certain amount of tickets I'm sure GREE will provide compensation. Although it doesn't seem practical at all, it's probably the only way for your issue to get noticed.
