What is up with the attack points?

I am being attacked by a person with an attack of 126B - my defensive is 149B yet he is beating me 10 times a day WTF? If 23 billion higher is not enough - how much do I need? This has been going on for 3 weeks now

Its a factor of things really. I would check your boost to make sure they are still up. Also, attack and defense can be random when attacking and defending. Like was said above, Alliance size boost and reductions do exist.

Raided or attacked? You can generally raid a defense 20-25% higher than your attack, and sometimes attack 10% higher. There are also multiple boosts the attacker may have which can lower your ally count and defense stats.

Getting to level 40 to unlock the advanced airbase and buying 50 or so of the Super Hornets used to do the trick. Nothing I can buy today can stop the raiders.

you can never ever stop raiders... just dont collect for while and do not hit them back.

message them one time something nice and when or if they reply get ur team to allmsg them one time it shld clear u off their news list.

I don't get why my rivals list is always 15-30 lvls higher than my accounts but I get attack by players that are higher than me, I never see rivals that are a lower lvl

You need to know his ally reduction boost and boost increasing his ally number.
This boosts can give significant change in stats.
