yeah, my understanding is if you are lvl 100 and you have beyond 500 members is useless! have a greater number of mafia than your lvl require only bring you greater chance of loses in your fighting!

There is no evidence that the level number of the mafia you delete has any effect on anything. Your mobs stats are not your own.
Delete whomever you never intend to visit to see their hood or people you may want to rob.
