Referral friend code DOESN'T WORK!

Hey guys I need help please, how do I get in touch with the ambassadors or anybody at gree?
I referred the game to some friends giving my code I copy in the menu WFV-VQG-YZH but when they put the code the system tells them that the code doesn't match with any existing player O.O
PLEASE HELP ME TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEBODY AT GREE WHO CAN FIX THIS.

I don't know about reaching anyone at Gree, but are you or your friends on the European server? Also, are your friends on android? If your friend are iOS users, the friend code will not work, because you are on android. If you or your friends are on the European server, the friend codes only work for others that are on the same server. Hope this helps.
