Splash Screen Chest scam kills yet another gemmer

A few weeks ago one of my gemmers accidentally bought a 2000 gem chest while clicking through splash screens.

He did not open chest and immediately asked gree to exchange it.

Gree has refused

Now gemmer insists he will never buy gems from Gree until rectified.

Please explain this Gree:

-first the splash screens are easily clicked accidentally when trying to get to the game

-there is no confirmation button

-a chest on splash screen is by far the worst gem deal in KA. Nobody in their right mind would buy it. This is clearly a scam.

-Why would you alienate a paying customer like this. This is over $100 in gems.

I'd definitely contact Apple to rectify the situation. I've even stop looking at the "special" section out of fear that I may click on something by accident. 2000 gems and not even one confirmation. Clearly a scam with those crappy units.

That happened to me once with the 5000 gem chest. Luckily we still had Carmen working, and she refunded my gems and removed the unit.
Unfortunately it looks like Carmen doesn't work for Gree anymore
