For some reason i cannot view my ranks in the faction tab and i also cant buy any higher level units with game cash or valor points. I have accrued millions in balor because i cant spend to make my character better. Help! Yes ive updated And reinstalled

I have not been able to buy units above 1 million dollars for months now. Gree has told me about 6 times they know about this and will fix it. "WHEN"?????????
