Mafia Attack Score?

How do you raise you Mafia Attack score and Defense score?

Also, by adding players that are weak or at a low level does this damage your mafia more then it helps it? Or the more mafia you have, the better?

the ATK and DEF stats is added in 2 ways
1. adding more mobs.
2. getting better equipment and replace the lousy ones.

for 1. the lvl of the mob you add doesnt affect the stats. only the equipment you used affect the stats.
