It was a combo event.. Collect 1000 pumpkin crates for one prize.. Collect 25 pumpkin pie via crate opens and therefore get the combo.. However, no one could get past 8 opens.. It was supposedly fixed.. Many threw vaults into it after the fix to still stay stuck at 8.. I was stupidly one.. Customer support sympathized with my poor luck in trying to open crates .. Still have the emails
