If everybody had the same devices, it might be easier to fix, but it's affecting everybody differently. One fix might not fix it across the board, which sucks.
The workarounds seem to be helping most customers get temporarily into the apps... until they get it completely fixed.

I think the game is down again.
I was in, tried to open a pizza box, got the cannot connect to server, now can't get in at all.
Everything else is working fine.
And yes, I tried switching to "wi-fi", it did not help.

Presumably I won't be penalized for this.
BThere's an update for CC which fixes the iOS 9 problem there. I'm still on 8, but others on my team have upgraded and got back on. Check your other games too.
