I was amazed at how this person solved 2 tickets I had in less than 1 hour after getting my emails to follow-up on getting my issues resolved. I had 1 ticket going on 9 days and the other 3 days.
I wish there were more people like him in Customer Support and there would be less people complaining about GREE's Customer Support.
This is the only good thing I can say about GREE at this time.
