From your responses, I'm assuming you don't understand why we are asking about folders. So, to fill you in, folders always drop before a RB event starts to help insure that factions can summon the bosses. If folders are not needed for this particular RB, or a certain amount of folders will be given at the start, we would like to know.
Telling what time it starts over and over again, when we're not asking when it starts, doesn't help.
I don't think Dredd understands that we need folders prior to raid boss starting. He keeps repeating the start time as a response to our question of when do folders drop. Makes you wonder if he has ever played the game . I get the impression he has no clue with this lame repeated answer
