It's the same cost as the last LTB & payout is almost the same as the gold Bunny Den.
124.5m / 12 hr / little over 1m (no personal mods figured in on cost/payout)

TYPE B: Worse than SLAY BELLES better than SPARKY'S FIREWORKS
TYPE A: Better than MIKE'S TATTOO PLACE
I'd assume TYPE B. That way Gree can re-release as a gold building and make it a TYPE A.
