New raid boss formula

Easy mode is gone and finaly some good rewards to finish every mode

No more overlap now either. No more doubling up on the goals with single boss kills, but it's better that the goals chain is more simplistic.

it does seem a lot faster so I do like that part.. but I am always leary of any change upgrade enhancement that gree offers.. always a catch or something breaks
