    We also need more varied events rather than just Box / CW / Box / CW all the time.

    The prevalence of Box and CW now only leads critics to say that GREE is gold hungry. What happened to other events which were rotated last time?

    Events should be more evenly mixed. CW used to be a monthly affair when it was first introduced, making it a significant event that people save up and play for since prizes are good and gold spent is a lot, so having it once a month is fair. Now it happens once a week, diluting the whole wow factor.

    Box events used to be once every 3-4 weeks as well, and again came with better prizes than other individual events. Now it happens once a week as well, alternating with CW for the most part and with an occasional Holdout.

    From anecdotal feedback, the most popular events are Holdout, Build and War, but yet these events are relegated to occasional appearances because it is thought that they do not generate enough gold spending unlike CW and Box. Alliance Build and Alliance Wars have been made extinct even though they were more popular than Player Build and Player Wars.

    Bring back these events so that we have a better spread of events rather than just CW and BOX and CW and BOX.

    There are also complaints about how event orders are messed up. For example, having successive Wars and Holdout events and then followed by CW. People need to have units to play certain events and certain events to get rid of units so some thought needs to go into the event order as well.

    Something along the following lines could be considered:

    Player Build > Player/Alliance War > Box > Global Domination > Alliance Build > Holdout > Player Build > Player/Alliance War > etc

    good so far, these 40 gold crates should be in the game forever, its got good things and bad things, while not being such an off putting gamble, please keep these in the game it might be the thing the game needs.

    Fix a few problems please:
    1) Some sattellite materials are extinct. They never drop from NPC, not found in event rewards and cannot be bought from the store. For example Unit damage V requires Titanium alloy frame V and Tactical mainframe V. I have 47 alloy frames but not a single Tactical mainframe, this has been the case for over a month.
    2) It is not possible to see incoming allied reinforcements.
    3) Allied reinforcements hover above your CC but you cannot see from whom and it makes it hard to click on the CC.
    4) It is not possible to see how many allied waves you have in your ops, this makes it impossible to help your teammates seeking refuge in a bubble (you don't know if it is full or not)
    5) Specialists (warcom) are not found in event rewards anymore, it should be possible to earn them as ltm/event rewards and not only from the store
    6) Satcom building should have an "idle" notification (such as the "Train" arrow above idle factories) to help you know when its possible to construct a new satellite.
    7) When merging comms (fusion), pressing the "clear selection" resets the comm list to the beginning so you have to scroll all the way back to where you were
    8) If you select a commander and press the "Fusion" button, the selected commander should automatically be one of the selected commanders. It is silly that selecting e.g. your lvl 100 Yama and pressing the "Fusion" button forces you to scroll all the way to Yama *again* to select him for merging.
    9) The xp items (warcom and commander training items) should have an option to use multiple at one time. Ideally a "use all" button to get rid of 100 rookie training in one click instead of 100.
    10) Army templates give negative unit numbers if the
    11) DG build/destroy is a great tactic but too easy now when 5 minute speedups are free and instant.
    12) 99% speedups are great fun, but depending on game lag/internet connection lag there is virtually zero time to react to an incoming attack

    Optimizations and advanced improvements (a bit tecnical, mostly a tip for the game programmers if they ever get feedback from this forum):

    1) Use "optimistic" client side code to update the client side state of the game, modify to server state once the server response arrives.
    (example, sending an army should immediately send the army and unlock the UI for further actions on the client side. This will be correct 99 times out of 100. When the server response returns this will update the client and fix any out of sync errors that might have occurred. For armies deployed the icon could be grayed out or in an alternate color until the server responds that the army was indeed correctly deployed)

    2) Experimental upgrades: Increase the slider max value and correctly calculate what the chance of success would be (e.g. make it possible to put 1000 cells at stake in one go for a x % chance of success to advance to next level, x is not too hard to calculate).

    3) Army templates are good, but they break down very easily when a key unit is missing or your CC is not at the same level as when the template was created (see bug 10 above). An option to explicitly create more advanced templates would be very useful where you can select a fixed number -or- a percentage of units to make up your full army. For example 1 jeep (fixed count) 10% heli 10% hail 80% art 200 rail (fixed count). Selecting a template would create this army composition and optionally allow some modifications to the numbers before it is sent.

    4) Battle animation speed control. While the battle animations now seem to accurately show what happened during battle it is still hard to see what actually happened. An option to single-step through the entire battle would be much appreciated and helpful to understand exactly what went down and how you could modify your army for a better attack (or defense) next time.

    5) A 30 second limit on speedups should be added, e.g. no matter how many speedups you throw in you should not be able to reduce the travel time for armies below 30 seconds. While using 99% speedups is fun, it also causes a lot of frustration when you get attacked with no time to react (see "bug" 12 above)

    6) Alliance "brass" (officers) should be able to see more player details, such as unit value and/or location of bases/HB. While communication in game is essential for team play, there are situations (time zone issues or whatever) where lack of information is hurting. Such as Global Domination where you can set defense leaders but really don't have a clue what units they have until they get online.

    7) For Global Domination, the Unit Value and commanders should be revealed to all alliance members once one of the enemies have been hit. Again, in-game communication is essential but endless messages of "Player X has Y uv and Z commanders" is something the game should provide once an ally has attacked enemy X to reveal their units. This frees up more time and energy to actually play and enjoy the game.

    8) For Stronghold it is nice that the status of the incoming enemy armies remain hidden. But since the ETA is shown there should also be an army icon travelling on the screen to simplify and overview the stronghold status. While clicking and individually selecting each stronghold is possible it is very user-unfriendly. A button to "cycle" through your leagues strongholds similar to the one you use to jump between your bases should be added, clicking the event icon->locations->select gets veeeeryyyy boring after a few hours.

    1.) Make clicking fusion or absorb on a commander automatically select that commander.

    2.) have an undo button for gold purchases. Doesn't have to be everything just stuff that can be undone easily enough right away, training, open next, etc.


    3.) alliance outposts, a bit like SH single tile, but where members can deploy their own units to and from (but can be attacked and capped by other people and alliances) could be both useful and interesting!

    4.) testing updates would be cool; you know as well as I do simple bugs creep in every release.

    5.) tactical events like SH are awesome. Let's do better ones: how about an event that is all about territory controlled not just a SH? I'm sure you can find some way to monetize it! At least it will keep people interested.

    6.) super weapons. Why not have a brand of super expensive weapons that have massive dmg vs one class or type of unit? You can deploy one per army (and one per defense), they're expensive and take ages to build. It will add some fun to attacking.

    7.) ability or option to upgrade your OP into a SB.

    8.) for the love of god make attacking easier! click, attack, army, comm, send. Five clicks. Can you show army templates icons from the closest base when an op is clicked above the standard icons?

The players are frustrated by More and more people gives up playing this game. Give back old events: Ally war, ally build, ally build ltm, npc attack, invasion...and put in some new events asap!
    My personal boosts are over 200%, highest is close to 250%. Not sure why yours will not go above 200 though. Maybe an update you missed or something.

    Gree I have one thing u could do that would ease the frustration and complaints... Go back to handeling ur customer service like u were 12 months ago cod at least ppl emails us who read our complaint tickets properly and the key thing

    YOU ACTUALLY COMPENSATED INGAME FOR LOSSES OR FALTS FROM GLITCHES IN A TIMELY MANNER

    Atm we are listened to told a department I actually doubt even exists is looking into it and then the ticket is closed.... How when u can't even tell me if there's an outcome for any of my emails 😂😂😂😂

    I'm having a hard time understanding the logic gree is using by implementing several new features without full implementation. Androids warcoms? Where are the rewards for their xp? Overcharged cells? Where did those go? And now the alliance base items that will likely barely at all be rewarded. Finish your stuff before moving on to something else. You guys had the same platinum event recruits forever, not we get a brand new top Com every week. Almost everyone I talk to in game is on the brink of quitting.. and it's not getting any better.

    They will keep them there, I believe. Also, the VIP is interesting. They've started to observe other games and how they've become successful, which will only make this game better.
