For non-bankers, don't worry about it, because it's a non-issue if you have all of your cash on hand
I can't believe people actually go through the effort of withdrawing money... I'd pay whatever I lose from getting hit the maximum time every day just to avoid that.

I noticed a problem with the first one so I debanked a few million more than needed. No big deal, my bank fee is tiny and I have lots of cash so I don't care if I lose some.
Expecting problems with the upgrades, so far I have rounded up to the nearest thousand when withdrawing cash and I've been fine.
Level 3 upgrade cost is correct. Let's hope it stays that way.
