Lumber Mill Problems

I submitted a ticket over a week ago about my Lumber Mill cost reduction not working properly. I received a response at the beginning of last week and was told this was being escalated to one of the specialists but I have not received any further response and the cost reduction bonus is still not being included.

Has anyone else noticed this issue? When I select the Lumber Mill it says a cost reduction of 100% which obviously isn't correct but when I recalculate my total Upgrade Cost bonus, the actual 10% bonus is not included. I was hoping to have this resolved before the level 10 upgrade of the Church of Necromancy.

I've see this also, plus I've heard from many players that this has been happening for a while.

My issue is the same, I have been upgrading my lumber mill, but noticed that it says -100%. I'll send in a ticket as well.
