first time I see this weapon, it's rare, maybe because even someone know where the looting place, it's still hard to loot.

The current problem for M4A1 is it was easy to loot before ( I think about 1 per 4 tries) , but after it's public, like 1 per 20 tries.
If that happen to the hustler, I would say, the looting place info is just for reference. (because at that time even you spend a whole day can't get 1)

although he does not have many but he still much stronger than one week ago, last week he is much worse.

that weapon has been told from the boss of the last map, but if it's true and even with dropping rate is 100%, it needs 2 days energy to get 1. The guy who got 5 of it, he may cheat boss energy consumed = 0 to get 5.
