What's up with Thunder in the Brush GLTQ?

The latest GLTQ started 5 hours late....we need that time back.
The Wrapper prize shows the Thinder Golem 11.9m/9.7m, but the boost is cut off. Only the very top of 2 characters is just barely visible.

No blue arrows on the mobs, I can't even find the mob for 7/20 Normal.

We need that time back, and we need to know what the Wrapper prize is before we commit gems / refills to another GLTQ.

Also 1/20 and 3/20 Normal have no prizes, just a little bit of gold and some XP.
Wtf?

14/20 is an invisible mob. It is there, you can kill it, but you can't see it.

and we have to wait till one of the top guilds finish to know if we will gem or not

As for the enemies, if you don't see the arrow please just look for "Thunder" whatever. All enemies for this quest are called that, or later on are "Heroic Thunder" whatever.
The wrapper for this event is the Thunder Golem atk 11,937,601/def 9,767,128 bonus of -7% Upgrade Cost

Well you're in the fixing mood - the mob for 17/20 is not there - the invisible one you could find tapping around but nada for 17/20

Thanks for the clarification on the boost.
A -7% reduction in upgrade costs is a decent bonus for say 200-500th place in a war, not for a major gem/potion/time consuming event.

17/20 Mob Thunder Scorpion which goal states is in "Excavation site" has fallen through a big hole, but was not hurt, and manage to find a way out to MALEBA ISLAND

unfortunatly I made a few kills, then exit the game and upong re entering, goal still shows 0/292, energy still GONE and system erased all kills made, I figure is because the mob is suppose to be at excavation site and not in Maleba island

Is anyone else having to repeat quests? We finished 10/20 and now we are having to do it all over again. What's going on with that?
