Hey guys,

We wanted to address the recent issues and give you an update on resolutions.

CoK streak goals: The fix for this is in in progress! Everyone affected will get the proper rewards.


Level hopping: This issue has been resolved. If you are still affected, please contact customer service.


Guild Goals turned off: This issue has also been resolved. Goal progress is unaffected.


20% Off Sale: All players affected by this mishap will be compensated shortly.


Necromancer Mausoleum: Anyone playing on an older version of the game (pre 3.4) has had this building pop up prematurely in the store. Everyone on the current version of the game will get the building and associated quest at 3pm PST today as intended. Please update your game!


Swift Slaying items missing stats: We are pushing out new data to fix this today. All 0/0 stat items will have the proper stats! Also, the final reward will have a bonus of +2% Alliance Defense.


Warrior Amulet EB bonus: This bonus has been made permanent!




Also, we are rewarding everyone 50 gems later today for the hassle. Please log in to collect your gift, and thank you for your continued support and patience while we work through these issues.

Most of this is good news. Thank you.

I disagree with this decision, however, since I decided not to pursue this objective early on because there was no bonus. Had I known this, I may have acted differently.

Well thanks a lot for telling us about the 2% Alliance Defense boost with only 6 hours left in the event. Most peeps already decided no to do this quest because of the lousy final unit. I'm not going to use extra refills to try and catch up at this point.
This really sucks!

Can you pls update us on the Server Error that comes from killing multi mobs, for me its very bad on all devices!

The animated assault is not a 24 hour LTQ, it is defeating the EB 100 times and collecting 5 Animated Sirens, so there are only two energy requiring events right now.
