    Warcom

    WARCOM is here on iOS!

In order to better wage wars and battle your enemies, we’d like to introduce WARCOM!

WARCOM is where you can manage Specialists to increase your fighting prowess. Your Specialists will boost the effectiveness of all army deploys.

    How does WARCOM work?

In WARCOM there are slots for each type of Specialist. Initially, players can access three types of Specialists: Soldiers, Engineers, and Tacticians. Each Specialist specializes on a particular stat:

    Soldiers: Focuses on Damage stats.
    Engineers: Focuses on Health stats.
Tactician: Focuses on Health vs. stats.

Specialists within each type can also further specialize in Vehicle, Aircraft or Mech unit boosts. More Specialist types and slots will be introduced over time.

Only the bonuses of the Specialists assigned to each slot will affect the player at any given time. Make sure you have a Specialist assigned to each slot at all times!

    How do Specialists work?

Specialists assigned to a specific slot in WARCOM will give the player the bonuses of that Specialist for all army deploys. You can only have one specialist assigned per slot and each slot is limited to a specific type (Soldier, Engineer, and Tactician).

Specialists start out at Rank 1 and with one bonus. They can be promoted a total of four times to Rank 5. Each time a Specialist is promoted, they gain an additional bonus (for a total of 5 bonuses at Rank 5). The bonuses get stronger as players level up Specialists.

    Random Bonus Selection

Bonuses are selected randomly both when players first get a Specialist as well as when they promote a Specialist to the next Rank. While players are more likely to get a bonus based around the Specialist’s type (Damage bonuses for Soldier Specialists, Health bonuses for Engineering Specialists, Health Vs. bonuses for Tactician Specialists), its possible to get other bonuses as well. If you are not happy with the bonuses you get when promoting a Specialist, you can start again from scratch with a new Specialist.

    Specialist Levels

Specialist bonuses get stronger by leveling them up. Players can level a Specialist up by using Specialist Experience (XP) Items. Each Specialist type uses a different XP:

    -Soldier XP
    -Engineer XP
    -Tactician XP.

These different XP Items can be looted from NPCs, given as Event rewards, and purchased in the Store. Higher level NPCs drop more powerful XP items.

    Specialist Promotions

Once a Specialist reaches max level, Players can promote that Specialist by fusing it with another of the same Specialist. First, tap the Specialist you want to promote, and then choose another of that Specialist you want to fuse into the original Specialist. When promoted, the Specialist will gain a rank, earn a new bonus, and increase the level cap.

Specialists start at Rank 1 with one Bonus. They can be promoted up to Rank 5, with 5 different bonuses. The Bonuses are chosen randomly with each Specialist, so if you don’t like the Bonus selections you got by promoting a Specialist, you can start again from scratch.

    Perfect Specialist Promotions

Specialists can get additional max levels if they do perfect promotions. Normal promotions add 10 max levels to Specialists. A perfect promotion will add an additional 5 max levels (or 15 total). Because Specialist bonus strength increases as you level up a Specialist, Specialists with greater max levels will have more powerful bonuses.

To achieve a perfect promotion, choose a Specialist whose Level is greater than or equal to the Level of the Specialist you are trying to promote. So if a player has a level 10/10 Rank 1 Specialist and chooses a Specialist that is level 5/10 to use for the promotion, the original Specialist will only gain 10 max levels, and will now be level 10/20. If the player used a level 10/10 Specialist to promote the original Specialist, that Specialist would gain a total of 15 max levels, and be at Level 10/25.

How to get Specialists and Specialist XP Items

The main way to get Specialists is by doing Events and by purchasing them in the Store. Events will begin giving out Specialists at various points during an Event. Get as far as you can in an Event in order to earn more Specialists.

While Specialists don’t earn XP through combat, players can use XP Items to level up their Specialists. Players can earn XP items as Event Rewards and by attacking NPC buildings. Higher Level NPCs are more likely to drop more powerful XP items.

I don't like it, Its just another game breaking idea.
If every element of it was from game play, no shop items, and everything drops from combat and hitting npc bases then fine, every active player would gain them over time and its up to players putting the time in to gain the advantages.
I have decided to continue my holiday from the game..... Good luck everyone!

Yup, these make the Adv Boost Crates totally outclassed.

Yes, the WARCOM bonuses do apply to defenders as well. I apologize if there was any confusion!

Question... When you promote a specialist , does the bonus of the other specialist even matter?

For example, I have a specialist with A Level III boost who is 10/10 that I want to promote perfectly. Should the second specialist also have a level III boost or can I just level same specialist with only a level I boost for the same result ?

For a perfect promotion, the boosts/bonuses of the second specialist do not matter.

If the boosts of the "second specialist" do not matter, how does one get all level III boosts as shown in the sample picture? Pure luck?

This is the best improvement yet. It will help level the playing field. Coiners can still coin for perfect stats but the bulk of players can get exp drops from hitting npcs like cells and satellite crap.

    I really like it.

I feel like it's a good idea, sort of like the player boosts we got in the boost crates. In the long run, coiners will dominate warcoms, but for now, everyone is on a level playing field.

Yes it does look good at first until you dig a little deeper and realise its another one of gree's scams, more like war cons. It goes right along side "one time only global lockbox" or "heroics reward perfect funsions more than before".

    1) the picture shown as "perfect" is fake... The stats shown are all wrong !! take a look at your own sally and you will see what i mean..
for example my sally at 16/25 has 13% health vs mechs II

    2) Pure luck or photoshop... There is no logic to merging, every new boost is awarded RANDOMLY so the chances of you getting all level 3 traits or higher as shown are ... well... you may as well play the lottery.
